I have over 30 years of teaching experience, including junior high, high school, and undergraduate college level math classes. Throughout my teaching career, I also tutored privately in different levels of mathematics. Due to my years of teaching experience, I am familiar with common problems and the importance of truly understanding the subject. I can quickly identify my students' strengths and weaknesses, and I tailor individual lessons based on that. In math, memorization will only get a student so far. Understanding creates the building blocks for future learning and leads to mastery of the subject.
